Technical Account Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Account Executive for our sales team. This person will be a key driver of opportunities through the entire sales cycle, representing Team-GPT as a thought leader in AI, and partnering with development and product teams to help customers evolve their AI journeys.

This role is a mix of sourcing new opportunities, technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value-driven strategy. The successful candidate will be adept at sourcing and closing net new logos, and have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and build pipeline within your territory
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from technical discovery to solution design and closing
  • Create and present sophisticated technical demonstrations of our platform
  • Develop custom proposals that align with clients' technical requirements
  • Navigate technical discussions with CTOs, IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and other technical stakeholders
  • Forecast sales activities and revenue accurately in our CRM
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and feature requests
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical decision makers at enterprise accounts
  • Create detailed technical proposals and ROI analyses

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong technical background in AI, ML, or computer science
  • Proven track record of closing complex technical sales ($500K+ deals)
  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI/ML implementation challenges
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and technical communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc)
  • Previous success in technical consulting or solutions architecture

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Team-GPT and our enterprise clients. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to ensure client success in implementing and utilizing our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for software implementation on Cloud/On-Prem.
  • Monitor account health metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Lead and support client implementations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve client issues and escalations
  • Lead regular business reviews and technical planning sessions with key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models and their applications
  • Experience with API integration, software development, and technical problem-solving
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex client relationships
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field

Our Sales  team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our AI solutions. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify leads, helping to build our pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule demonstrations with potential clients
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Create and maintain detailed prospect records in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
  • Stay current with AI industry trends and our competitors' offerings

Required Qualifications
