This is one of the most important positions in Team-GPT. This will be our first marketing hire, tasked with the responsibility of building our marketing team from the ground up.

👉 Startup Experience: We're looking for someone with a startup mindset. You're not afraid to experiment and take calculated risks.

👉 Corporate Experience: Experience within a large corporation or working with clients from large corporations is vital. Understanding the nuances of larger corporate structures will be advantageous.

👉 Hands-on Approach: As the first marketing hire, you will be starting in a hands-on role. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark. You could be the Head of Marketing one day but right now... there is no one to manage.

👉 Campaign Management: The ability to define, execute, and oversee entire marketing campaigns is critical to success in this role.

👉 Strategic Thinking: We need a forward-thinker who can plan for the future and anticipate market trends.

👉 Excellent English: Proficiency in the English language is crucial as it will be the primary language for communication.

This position is full-time. No exceptions.

We are looking for a vibrant and passionate individual to join our Team-GPT as a Founder Associate. If your goal in life is to create your own startup one day, you will never find a better position.

As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with our founders. You will learn like never before. Your main task will be to free up time for our founders (and mostly Iliya). Whatever they do, you will help.

You must be the most proactive person you know, open to feedback, happy to do the work. This position is everything you'll need to prepare for the job of Founder & CEO of your own startup one day.
