Folder knowledge

Now you can add specific context to individual folders within your Projects.

When you chat inside a folder, Team-GPT will draw from both your project context and the folder-specific knowledge.

SEO keywords agent

We built an SEO research agent that works directly inside your workspace. You describe what you want to research or enter specific keywords, and the agent extracts relevant keywords and shows you their SEO status.

You’ll get search volume, difficulty scores, cost-per-click, and competition metrics.

Smarter page creation

When you create a Page from a Chat, your new page opens as the main focus while your original chat moves to the side. Makes more sense this way.

Better navigation

Added breadcrumbs to pages, keyboard navigation in chats, and improved the sidebar interface.

Just like private chats, you can now create private pages that only you can see.

We also redesigned the way Pages look with a more simplistic feeling and better visibility when pages are in the side view. We unified the formatting and AI bar and removed all the unused features.

Project knowledge gets better

Project Knowledge just got more accessible! We’ve added a quick access button right on your project page, so you can jump into your knowledge base without the extra clicks. Plus, we’ve made some behind-the-scenes capacity improvements.

Better block editing

We’ve added a handy Sparkles button in the side menu that lets you edit entire blocks more easily. We’ve also updated the “Edit as Page” feature with clearer copy.

When you upload images, you’ll now see their file sizes. This helps you keep track of what you’re uploading and avoid hitting limits.

We’ve given the invitation experience a complete makeover to make inviting team members more seamless and visually appealing.

Better project permissions

We’ve restricted what collaborators can do – they can contribute to projects but can’t change settings or delete them anymore. Only project owners have that control.

Mobile users, this one’s for you! We’ve cleaned up the mobile interface by hiding breadcrumbs and the left mini bar when you don’t need them, giving you more screen real estate for what matters most.

Better project features

We’ve made it easier to get around! You’ll notice improved “Back” navigation across Tools, My Profile, Workspace settings, and Platform admin pages.

• Easier team collaboration: Project owners can now invite new members directly through the Avatar Carousel
• Smarter privacy settings: Page privacy settings now automatically inherit from your project settings
