Voice input in chat
You can now speak to the AI instead of typing!
Hit the microphone button in the chat input and start speaking - your words will turn into a text prompt automatically.
Way faster than typing, works great when you're on the go, and honestly, it's been at the top of your feature requests for months.
Also available on mobile!

Images in Project knowledge
Upload images directly into your Project knowledge to give AI visual context.
What you can upload:
- Design references
- Wireframes
- Screenshots
- Diagrams and flowcharts
- Any visual content Team-GPT needs to understand
When Team-GPT has visual context, it will give you more accurate and on-brand responses.
Dedicated Projects tab
We reorganized the sidebar and gave Projects its own tab.
Quick browsing between:
- Private projects
- Team projects (shared with everyone)
- Shared with me (projects others invited you to)

Major platform upgrade
We completed a major infrastructure upgrade that's been in the works since August.
What's new: Better thinking mode, improved reasoning, and you can now see exactly what's happening when AI searches the web.
Plus: Everything's noticeably faster.
This was a big technical lift, and the difference is real.
Marketing Playbooks
We added new playbooks to our website - step-by-step guides that show you how to execute specific marketing workflows in Team-GPT.
Each playbook includes:
- A video walkthrough of the entire process
- Ready-to-copy project instructions
- Proven Project info & prompts you can paste into your projects
Pick a playbook, watch the video, then copy the instructions and prompts directly into your Team-GPT project.
You'll have a fully set-up marketing workflow in minutes.
Pin files in Project knowledge
You can pin your most important files in Project knowledge to give the AI even better context for your conversations.
Why it matters: Pinned files get priority when AI needs context, making sure the most relevant information is always referenced first.
Visual improvements
Refreshed code block styling
We updated the theme for markdown code blocks throughout the app. Code snippets now look better and are easier to read, whether you're sharing code or reviewing it in your chats.
Improvements
Thoughtful workspace creation
We added a confirmation step when creating new workspaces to help you make intentional decisions about your workspace organization. This small change helps prevent accidental workspace creation and keeps your account tidy.
Better onboarding navigation
Added a back button during the onboarding flow for additional workspaces. If you change your mind or want to review a previous step, you can now easily navigate back without starting over.
Better onboarding experience
We updated our onboarding questions to help us understand your needs better from the start. This means we can provide you with more relevant recommendations and get you up to speed faster.
Smarter freemium upgrade flow
When upgrading from our free plan, you'll now see your actual current seat count instead of a default number. This makes it clearer what you're getting and helps you make better decisions about your plan.
Mobile app download prompt
We added a configurable prompt to help you discover our mobile app at just the right moment. Never miss the chance to take your work on the go.
Auto-save for editing prompts
Editing prompts? We've got your back! Your work now auto-saves as you go, with smart handling for any interruptions. No more lost work if you accidentally navigate away.
Clearer project setup
We separated project descriptions from instructions to make it easier to organize your projects. This helps you keep your project goals distinct from the actual work instructions.
Better breadcrumbs
We improved the breadcrumb design across the platform for clearer navigation.
Removed Gallery from sidebar
We removed the Gallery from the sidebar - it was underused (only 5% of active users were clicking it). This declutters your sidebar and makes room for features you actually use.
Integrations
Refined n8n integration
Added better summarization options and improved sync behavior for the n8n integration.
Bug fixes
Fixed prompt modal issues
Fixed prompt modal sometimes not closing properly and added confirmation dialogs for unsaved warnings.
Project access bug
Fixed a bug preventing users from seeing projects they no longer have access to.
Deprecating shared uncollected chats
Shared chats now happen only in shared projects. We're deprecating shared uncollected chats since they represented less than 5% of chats in the past 30 days.
These updates are all about making your experience faster and more intuitive. As always, we're listening to your feedback and working to make Team-GPT better.
