In the past year, we’ve been fine-tuning Team-GPT based on our user’s needs. We’ve managed to implement many of your requests but fully accommodating all the valuable feedback required significant updates under the hood to prepare for the future. With that in mind, we’re excited to unveil the Team-GPT 2.0 update.
Expect a bunch of new features and a sleek, more streamlined UI to better integrate with your workflows. While our team is still working on this very hard, we’re starting to open up access with a private invite phase.

- Folders 2.0: With robust functionalities like custom member permissions and a new preview panel, folders are not just an organizational feature but the new hubs of work.
- Smart Team Management: Simplified user management and custom invite links.
- Custom Instructions: Create tailor-made AI guidelines with ease. Choose from a variety of types like Persona, Tone, Language, and more to fit your workflow.
- Everything Search: With a new search bar up top, find anything in your workspace in a snap.

Here’s how we’re rolling things out:
- Technical Preview: A few invited users will receive an exclusive first look and talk with us to provide important feedback. Join the waitlist here.
- Closed Beta: We’ll open up access to additional workspaces, introducing more refined features and changes.
- Open Beta: For a month, users will be able to choose whether they want to move to Team-GPT 2.0 or wait for the official rollout to come soon to everyone.
