Understanding Members, Invited Members, and Seats

Understand members, invited members, and seats within the Team-GPT platform in this brief guide:

Active and Invited Members: You can easily check the number of active and invited members in your workspace. ‘Active’ refers to those who have already joined, while ‘Invited’ indicates the members who have been invited but haven’t yet accepted.

Understand Seat Allocation: It’s important to note that invited members are also counted in the total number of used seats. For instance, if you invite twenty members but only have ten seats available, ten invitees would not be able to join due to the seat limitation.

Revoke an Invitation: If you want to revoke an invitation, you can do so by clicking on ‘Invite,’ followed by navigating to the ‘Invited’ section. Here, you can choose to revoke any invitation, freeing up a seat in the workspace.

Check Updated Member Count: Once an invitation is revoked, you should see the total used seats decrease correspondingly.

Understanding this process can help you better manage your team seats within Team-GPT. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
